Area education leader Dr. Art. McCoy to Keynote Rosa Parks Celebration

Ferguson Florissant School District’s Superintendent Art McCoy will keynote the St. Louis County NAACP’s 10th Annual Rosa Parks State Observance Day celebration. This event will be the day before his private hearing with the School District’s Board of Education.

The celebration will be held in the Rotunda of the Old Court House in Downtown St. Louis at 3:00 PM. Please call the St. Louis County NAACP to RSVP, space is limited 314-389-1552. For statements please call the NAACP at the number listed above.
